I have always enjoyed a simple and clean home, I admit that I'm a lazy person when it comes to cleaning, so I always find myself creating spaces that have as little maintenance as possible, because the less I have to clean, the quicker I can get over with it. Having a minimalist home has made cleaning so much easier and less time-consuming. So here are my tips on how you can create a minimalist home.

THE BASICS
+ Have clean surfaces and use neutral colors, your house will feel fresher and the fewer things you have on your surfaces the best, less dusting to do.
+ Only have the essential furniture in every room of your home. No need for visual clutter, keep it simple and only have the absolutely necessary.
+ Take advantage of your natural light, light color decor will make your home lighter.
+ Don't be afraid of open space, your home will look bigger and feel bigger too.

  1. Well I feel the same way as you: I'm always lazy when it comes to cleaning. So I keep my place as simple as I can, only keeping the necessary stuff.

    1. It's the best! I love to always come home to a clean and organized home.
I can have visitors whenever I want without having to spend hours cleaning before my visitors arrive !
