I have been trying out different products for my everyday beauty routine. I'm trying to replace all those chemicals we apply to our skin every day, with more natural and organic products. NUXE products have been on my list for quite some time now, and I finally got my hands on a new face cream that I have been loving!
I chose the NUXE Rêve de Miel for dry skin because my skin tends to get so dry in the Winter and I'm always applying moisturizer during the day. But with this cream, I don't have the need to do that. My skin feels so hydrated and moisturized during the entire day. And from the reviews that I have been reading, it doesn't leave you skin oily during the hot Summer days, but I will update on that when those days come.
The basic ingredient in this cream is Honey, and I love using honey as a natural alternative to beauty products, I use it on face masks and hair masks. Also, Argan Oil and Shea butter are great ingredients to have in an everyday moisturizer, I'm always looking for products with Argan Oil.
I like to apply the NUXE Rêve de Miel in the morning after I wash my face with my Argan oil soap. After I apply it I must let it set for a bit, and after it's all absorbed, my skin feels delightful! So smooth and moisturized. And I don't feel any dryness throughout the day.
Another plus is the size and packaging of the product. Because I adore traveling, I always look for products with travel-friendly packaging, and this day cream It's perfect for travel because, one) it doesn't exceed the liquid limit, and two) the packaging is the perfect shape is simple and easy to use, and won't break during the trip.

That sounds lovely Sophie. I have always been curious about Nuxe products too. I also love the sound of the honey face & hair masks and noticed you posted about a homemade coffee scrub. Would love to know more about them .. Maybe you can do a future post. :)

DeleteI will try and make a post on my coffee body scrub, it's very simple and it does such a great job!
For the honey face mask, I just apply a bit of honey to my face and let it dry for 20 mints. My face feels so soft after it =)
