These are the best news I could receive at the end of the year. We bought a house! It will take a month or to until we are finally able to move in, because of all the paperwork, but I couldn't be more happy!
It's close to work ( I can walk there in 5 minutes ), it's close to the Supermarket, Bank, Public Transportation, and 15 minutes walk to the boat that I can catch to go to Lisbon. It's a remodeled house with a lot of light! If you want to see some "not so perfect pictures" click HERE so that you guys have the idea. It's the perfect house for us, not too big but still with 3 bedrooms, very nice bathroom and a kitchen/living room. I'm so in love!
This will also mean that for the next month or two I may do some posts on a minimalist home and ideas and tips to decorate the house, and of course... a house tour! I will try to keep you guys updated as much as I can because I know this next month will be chaotic!
What do you guys think? Isn't it awesome?

Nossa, essa casa é um sonho Sophie! Parabéns! Tenho muita vontade de ter uma casa, mas no Brasil atualmente é impossÃvel comprar uma, saiu até uma reportagem recentemente que com o dinheiro de comprar um apartamento em São Paulo dá pra comprar um castelo na França, então imagina!

Deleteeu nao queria comprar, simplesmente alugar, mas apareceu esta oportunidade e nao consegui deixar escapar. Com um empréstimo fico a pagar a volta dos 200€ de renda, em vez de 300 ou 400 se aluga-se uma casa, por isso é que decidi comprar =)
