People are always rushing around trying to find time to do all the things they must do in their day, trying to find time for work, family, friends and themselves... and time never seems to be enough. There are always things that won't be done, places that won't be visited, people that won't be met. Time runs from us like we are a disease.. and in some aspects we kinda are.

We feel the need to do everything, be everywhere, even if we actually don't even want or like it. So why do we spend our precious time and our precious life trying to achieve things that don't even matter to us? Because we are afraid that time will never be enough and we will end up not doing the things we would love to do.

Getting into minimalism made me realize what really was important in my life and to eliminate the noise around me. It helped to appreciate the time I have with the people I love and to know how to spend my time doing the things that I really love and enjoy doing.

So stop and think about what really matters, relax, take a deep breath and just enjoy the little moments.

  1. You are so right.
Now people just want to go here and go there, go to all places when they don't even like where they are going. Is so sad.
I have to start focusing more on what I really want from life and eliminate all the rest.

    xoxo,
    Emma.

    1. So true. Sometimes we just need to get outside of our normal life and analyse what we really want.
