Capsule Wardrobe Winter Essentials

A Capsule Wardrobe, like any other wardrobe, needs to have its seasonal essentials, when the cold days knock on the door we need to prepare for it. This year a did has to invest in a few pieces to add and replace in my wardrobe. I always use the rule "One in One out" when I purchase something, and this Winter I has to buy a few things to replace some old ones. Here is a small list of the pieces that I consider essential in a Capsule Wardrobe for the Winter months.

→ THE WINTER COAT // When I have a good Winter coat, I can get away with wearing only a blouse underneath because I know that my coat will be warm enough to take anywhere I need to be. Finding a goo winter coat is the first essential in any wardrobe!
→ THE COZY SWEATER // Having some nice and cozy sweaters can save you from the harsh winter days. Even when I'm at home, I find myself picking up my most cozy sweater and putting it on. I love to wear turtlenecks because they give my neck a nice cozy cover.

→ THE RIGHT JEANS // Jeans can take you from Summer to Winter, they are that versatile. Even in the Winter I can only wear a pair of jeans and be OK. I love a good black leather jean or maybe some distressed jeans, they look so cool with cozy sweaters.

→ THE WINTER BOOTS  // Winter means boots, boots, boots. I can't express how much I love to wear ankle boots in the Winter. They give any look a cool touch. This year is all about knee high boots, but ankle boots are definitely an essential! 

→ THE SCARF // A huge essential in a Winter capsule wardrobe is without a doubt a cozy and warm scarf. I can't go anywhere without it, it keeps me warm the whole day and I can use it as a blanket, put it over my head and cover from the rain. Is so simple and versatile.
