A peek inside the new closet

[EN] Our new home comes with an amazing closet. It's big enough for us two and I love the fact that is white and has a lot of storage on top, it's great to storage bigger items that I gave around the house but don't use that often, like our Christmas tree.

I have talked before about how I like to organize my closet, but a few things have changed when it comes to organizing this new closet, so I wanted to give you guys a quick tour of the inside of my closet. One side of the closet is mine, the other is my boyfriends, but we share the drawers on my side. The new closet looks fresher and not so stuffed, although I have very little clothing pieces, I can see from my old photos, that my old closet looked a bit stuffed, now it looks great and organized.

+ Hang everything up. I like hanging all my items in the closet because it gives me a better visual of everything I own. In my last wardrobe, I had a hanging storage that I now removed and placed the items in the drawers, one for underwear & pajamas, another for pants & accessories.

+ Colour coordination. I like to keep all of my pieces color coordinated.When I wake up in the morning and I feel like wearing white I just go to the white section and pick a top, easy peasy. I like to go from blacks to whites and keep the colors at the end.

+ I Don't storage out season items. Since I own very little clothing pieces, I choose not to storage past season pieces, I like to keep all my winter and summer items hang in the closet.

+ The shoes at the bottom. I used to keep my shoes at the bottom of my closet, but since I don't have space for that, I decided to keep them on top of the drawer section, it's still easy to access and see.
