A list of seven wardrobe basics to invest in

A list of what I consider to be the seven basics that every girl should have in their closet!  These are pieces that should last you years and go with every other piece in your wardrobe. It's a list of investments for your closet and style! No matter your age, these pieces will make your wardrobe complete and timeless. Please take notes if you want :)

The Blazer

One of the top pieces that you can invest in is a blazer, this piece will last you years and years and will never go out of style. It's the perfect piece to dress up an outfit and make it unique.

WHITE BUTTON DOWN

A statement in any wardrobe, it can be a button down or a blouse. Any of those is a piece that you should invest in, you can wear it in a more casual way or dress it up to the office, dinner and going out!

THE SWEATER

For me a grey sweater is a must in any closet, keeps me warm in the winter days and is a great layering piece as well. It does not need to be grey, choose a colour that you love and that will look good in your wardrobe.

The Little Black Dress

Definitely a staple in any wardrobe, investing in a little black dress will give you the ability to always know what to wear on an important event. You can never go wrong with a little black dress.

The Perfect Jeans

Confidence is synonym of a pair of jeans that makes your ass look amazing! Find a pair of jeans that will make you look your best and that you can wear on a daily basis.

The winter Jacket

Invesing on a good winter coat is investing in you. When the season wont let you show your body or the amaing outfit you have on, pick a coat that will not hide you, but instead reflect a bit of your personality. Also, if you get a nice coat it will last you more than one Winter.

The Tank

After I fell in love with my new lace top, I must share with you the benefit on having a great tank top that is simple but still has some interest to it. You can wear it on it's own, layer it with sweaters, it will look good with jeans or a skirt and will be your friend on those hot, hot summer days.

O BLAZER

Uma das melhores peças em que se deve investir é um blazer, esta peça vai vos durar anos e nunca sairá de moda. É a peça perfeita para usar num look mais dressy e tornar qualquer look único.

A Camisa Branca

Uma peça de afirmação em qualquer guarda roupa, pode ser uma camisa como uma blusa. Qualquer uma delas é uma peça em que se deveria investir, pode ser usada de modo mais casual ou ate mesmo no trabalho, ou para um jantar ou uma saída!

A Camisola de Malha

Para mim, ter uma camisola de malha cinzenta é uma obrigação no guarda roupa, mantém-me quente no Inverno e é óptima para usar em layers. Não precisa de ser cinzenta, escolhe uma cor que adores e que combine com os tons no teu armário.

O Vestido Preto

Já todos sabemos que não pode faltar um vestido preto no guarda roupa. Investir num "little black dress" vai vos dar a habilidade de saber sempre o que usar em qualquer tipo de evento. Não se pode errar quando se usa um "little black dress".

Os Jeans Perfeitos

Confiança é sinonimo de um bom par de calças que façam o nosso rabo maravilhoso! Encontrem um por de calças com os quais se sintam no vosso melhor e que possam usar no vosso dia a dia.

O Casaco de Inverno

Investir num bom casado de inverno é investires em ti. Quando a estação não nos deixa mostrar o corpo ou o nosso maravilhoso look, temos de escolher um casaco que não nos faça parecer um saco de batatas, e vez disso devemos escolher algo que reflecte a nossa personalidade e nos assente bem. Devemos também comprar um casaco que resista a tendências de modo a durar mais do que um Inverno.

Depois de ter comprado o meu top de renda tenho de partilhar com vocês o quão fantástico é ter um top simples mas ao mesmo tempo com algum interesse, podem usa-lo sozinho ou em layers com uma camisola de malha ou uma suéter, fica bem tanto com jeans como com uma saia.. e vai ser o vosso melhor amigo nos dias de imenso calor.
